Bibliotheque de Parfum is a niche perfume house founded in Ukraine in 2019 by Lora and Viacheslav Nekrasov, shipping across Europe from Poland. It sells its own fragrances for women, men and unisex in full bottles, 16 ml travel sizes and 2 ml samples, together with discovery sets, trio sets, scented candles and diffusers, across lines such as I AM and Eclipse. Each scent is presented as a story in a fragrance library, so it is easy to choose one by mood or character. For a gift, a discovery set lets someone try several perfumes first, while a full bottle of Nirvana or Page 69, or a Cedar Mood candle, feels more personal.
