These terms of use ("Terms of Use") apply between the owner of wishdo.io and you as a user of our website at wishdo.io ("Website") and the wishdo.io platform ("Platform"). The Website and the Platform are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Services".

These Terms of Use are deemed accepted by checking the box on the "I accept" button prior to your use of the Services.

Because your privacy is important to us, these Terms of Use also contain references to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your content and information.

Your login details are personal and may not be shared with others. If you suspect that someone else has used your login information, you must promptly change your login details and notify wishdo.io.

wishdo.io reserves the right to change the Services at any time without giving a reason. This also means that wishdo.io can modify or remove services and functions from the Services, including wishlists and user profiles, at its own discretion.

The intellectual property rights and marketing rights to the Services and associated systems/software and material in the Services belong to wishdo.io (or third parties). You therefore assume full responsibility for any and all infringement of such rights from your account and/or device.

By accepting these Terms of Use, you are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services for private use on a device that you own or control in accordance with these Terms of Use.

By submitting content to the Services — including wishes, images, comments, and profile information — you grant wishdo.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. This licence terminates when you delete your content or account, except where your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

The Services are provided "as is" and are used on your own initiative, as you have the right to opt out of using the Services at any time.

wishdo.io does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss. While we take reasonable measures to protect user content, we shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or accidental deletion of user-generated content — including wishes, images, wishlists, or profile information — whether caused by software errors, server failures, automated systems, or other technical issues. You acknowledge that wishdo.io is not a data storage or backup service, and you are solely responsible for maintaining copies of any content that is important to you.

wishdo.io cannot be held liable for delays or defects of any kind in relation to the goods or services that you purchase through third parties, including when linking to the third party from a wishlist, as wishdo.io is not a party to the agreement between you and the third party.

You agree that wishdo.io may in some cases receive commission from third parties, including content providers, merchants, advertisers, sponsors, service providers and licensors, when clicking on a link in your wishlist results in a purchase from such third parties.

The Services are for your personal use only and may not be used in connection with commercial endeavours except as expressly approved or authorised by wishdo.io.

The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 without prior parental consent. If you are the parent of a child under the age of 13 and you believe that your child has submitted personal data without your approval, please contact us immediately by email: [email protected] and we will delete the information from our system.

The Services contain links to websites operated by third parties. We do not monitor or control the linked sites and make no representations regarding, and are not liable for, the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or availability of any of the content uploaded, displayed, or distributed, or products or services available at those sites. If you choose to access a third-party website, you do so at your own risk. The presence of a link to a third-party website does not constitute or imply our endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of the third party or of any content, products or services contained on or available through the third-party website.

We reserve the right to remove links from or to third-party websites.

wishdo.io is not responsible for content on websites, apps, or other digital platforms to which the Services contain links.

The Platform enables you to discover and add products from companies that are not owned or operated by us. Purchase, payment, warranty, delivery, maintenance, and any other matters relating to merchandise, services or information from such businesses are solely between you and such businesses. wishdo.io is not a party to such agreements.

We do not endorse or guarantee such products, information, or services and are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information or the quality of such products or services.

You can find information about the processing of your personal data in connection with wishdo.io and your rights pursuant to applicable data protection legislation in wishdo.io's Privacy Policy.

To maintain a safe and trustworthy environment, wishdo.io employs both automated and manual content moderation.

wishdo.io reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, hide, or restrict access to any user-generated content — including wishes, images, comments, and profile information — and to suspend or terminate user accounts, for any of the following reasons:

When content is removed or an account is restricted, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of the action taken and the reason for it. If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may contact us at [email protected] with a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time frame. wishdo.io's decision following such review shall be final.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your profile settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon deletion, your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

wishdo.io may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in prohibited conduct as described in Section 14 (Content Moderation), or for any other reason at its sole discretion. In the event of termination by wishdo.io, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide the reason for termination.

Should wishdo.io be faced with claims for damages from a third party that are due to or arise as a result of your use of the Services in violation of these Terms of Use and/or as a result of a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations described above and/or if any content that you post on the Platform, or if through the Services you impose a liability on wishdo.io in relation to any other party, or if wishdo.io is subject to any claim by a wishdo.io provider arising out of a transaction between you and such wishdo.io provider, you agree to indemnify wishdo.io in respect of any and all losses and claims incurred.

The above terms of indemnification only apply to the extent that this does not conflict with mandatory legislation.

wishdo.io may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and delete your account.

These Terms of Use and your confirmation constitute the entire agreement between wishdo.io and you regarding the use of wishdo.io and the Services. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of any such right or provision.

The section titles in these Terms of Use have no independent legal or contractual force.

wishdo.io reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or permanently shut down the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. In such event, wishdo.io shall not be liable to you or any third party for any resulting loss of access, data, or content.

These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of Moldova. Any disputes must be settled by the Moldovan courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
